No refund received after weeks

This is the second time I returned some items to Forever New Somerset Mall only to discover two weeks later that the money hasn’t entered my account. When I returned to the store they are full of excuses. Refund was done again and I waited another two weeks with no success. I returned to the store again and demanded a cash refund, I was told they would call me back as soon as they have the cash. I returned again after a couple of days to be told they still haven’t secured the cash. I’m so disgusted with this service and will never enter any Forever New store again. Reading the comments I have noticed that I’m not the only one. I have never experienced something this in any other store in all my life.
