no delivery

I went 3 weeks ago to buy a specific shoe thy didn't have my size at the gateway branch thn they phoned pavilion branch they said they got the size so they will have it delivered to gateway. I went today to check only for them to tell me pavilion had sold the shoe.how can they sell a keep aside??? They made an empty promise ...which makes them pathetic ***** and they don't deliver to customers....knowing exactly that i needed the shoe and i was going to pay for it not getting it for free or maybe the other customers money was better than mine??clearly making sales is more important than keeping promises and delivering good customer service ...on top of that their area manager Lissa always travels between gateway and pavilion so why could'nt she bring the shoe I'm sure it wasn't heavy i didn't even have to wait for 3 weeks....that place is full of ***** who don't value work ethics....i don't think ill ever shop again in that store...if this is the way your treat your customers oh God i really feel sorry for them....
