No Customer Care
Non-existant customer service No answer on customer care call line. No response to customer care/info email address. Very disappointing service :( It is not surprising that this group is in business rescue with such poor customer service. I will be purchasing my brides****s dresses and shoes elsewhere now, which means they just lost at least R10 000 due to ignoring all my calls and the FOUR emails I have sent requesting assistance.
