NEVER BUY ONLINE AT FOREVER NEW SA

NEVER BUY FROM THEM ONLINE. They have a ridiculous policy. I bought shoes online, I sent them back for a refund because it was too big. They did not want to refund or exchange the shoes - it was apparently not in the original package - but it WAS. The one shoe had a mark on it, I saw it and told them about the mark , it must've been them because I didn't wear them at all. They rejected my refund, and they told me I have to pay the courier myself to send my shoes back to me - how ridiculous. First they took weeks to pick up the shoes from me , and after they picked them up I had to email them - probably weeks/days later to ask whats going on. If I did not email them myself to ask what's going on ... then my shoes were probably still just lying there at the warehouse and they forgot about me.

I'm still waiting for my shoes and I had to pay my own courier today, they could at least pay for it but they didn't want to - it's their policy. BUT this is how you learn. I AM THE CUSTOMER NOT THEM. Terrible experience - the shops are nice BUT online shopping is a BIG NO for me.

The communication between them and me isn't helping , and they are not going out of their way to make things easier. I am a loyal person and LOVES ONLINE SHOPPING, but never ever again at Forever New.

PLEASE GUYS THEY HAVE A POLICY THAT'S VERY STRICT. RATHER DON'T BUY ONLINE FROM THEM

They have beautiful clothes and I love their styles don't get me wrong. But again don't buy online.
