MY ORDER CWAS INCOMPLETE AND NO ASSITANCE FROM FOREVER NEW

i ordered 2 items last beginning of the month, they had wrong names on my order so I could not receive my order on time. i eventually received 1 item and no traceability on my 1 item. I called Somerset Branch they told me to call Canal Walk branch, the number is not going through!! i feel ******.
