HelloPeter Pls help me on the 1st of Oct 19 I over payed one of my employees the Suppliers money by accident as they have similar prefix names and the guy has already spent all the sum of money as is R20750.89. I went to SAPS thy said that's not a crime and thy can't help me, I went Small claim court thy sent me to Legal aid board and legal aid sent me back to SAPS now I dnt know wht to do as that is a company money. The guy now board furniture with the money and I have witness but none can help me to go get the furniture to recover the money. Pls tell me wht to do
