managers bad attitude

I am a loyal Forever new client who spend a lot of money at your store in Woodlands. I have always been greated and helped, most of your staff knew me and my friend by name as we were in your store at least 3 times a week. Since you employed your new Indian manager I have not spend any money in your store as the atmosphere in the store are unwelcoming. I have asked her for assistance on shoes that I was looking for and it was to much trouble. Most of your staff left and some of them moved to Menlyn. If I wanted something a would drive all the way to the Menlyn branch. But this became to much of a mission as I stay 5 km from Woodlands and just stopped supporting your store. Your old staff at the shop will see me walking pass and asked me why they haven't seen me or my friend coming to the store any more. You have a great team in there but the leader is not setting a great example and they have not been happy. I thought to bring this to your attention as myself and my friends are surely not the only clients that feels this way
