Incorrect item delivered and customer service ignores my emails

Wrong item delivered, customer service don’t bother investigating I’m very disappointed with forever new online service. I ordered pants and a top and instead received two tops. Cherylene mentioned the item was delivered and didn’t even bother reading my mails further to understand my frustrations. Now I’m stuck with two tops. I will never use their service again.
