I logged a return on 23 August and 6 September after sending about 5 emails why my parcels was not picked up they arranged for courier to pick my parcels up. It was eventually collected on the 20th September. I am still waiting for them to confirm if my parcels was received as it still takes another 3 to 5 working days for them to refund me.
