HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM FOREVER NEW - ONLINE SHOPPING
I have purchased online with express delivery and to date I have not received any feedback on my order. I have tried calling customer service and sent emails numerous times and nothing works. I even called the stores for assistance and they werent helpful at all. I honestly wont recommend Forever New to anyone given the bad service that I am receiving so far. Very unrealiable and unprofessional!!!!! UTTERLY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!

28 Feb 2020, 21:24Just an update.... I finally received my order after paying for express delivery and the item was damaged!!! I would never recommend Forever New to anyone as the service is UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!
