Horrible online service.

Horrible service with online delivery.

Forever new has the most beautiful clothes but the online ordering system is one of the worst. I placed an order on the 25th of November. Apperentely the order was lost by the courier company an they are waiting for them to confirm it as lost.

All of this information I had to find out after multiple follow ups. They number on their website goes unanswered. The emails take long to be responded to. 6th of Jan and still no indication what is happening with my order.

Waiting is one thing but no comms at all is nonsense!
