High prices and low quality

Poor quality and high prices

The clothes at forever new are beautiful and also cost a pretty penny, so when I paid almost 2k rand for a coat I didn't expect it to be of such a low quality as to start bobbling off to the extent that I no longer want to wear it after only a few occasions. I'm very disappointed and would like someone from the chain to contact me.
