Compliments to the staff of Forever New Eastgate Branch for the outstanding service<br> As well as top class professionalism displayed to both myself (Mushtaq Alli) and my wife (Nomfundo Alli).<br> <br> We stepped into the Forever New branch at Eastgate where we were singled out by Vasnaar (sales specialist).Nomfundo tried on a couple of dresses but we did not buy the dress she liked. We then left the store.<br> Later when we got home, We came to a decision that we would purchase the dress the following day but to our disappointment All the dresses had been sold out.<br> At that point in time a lady by the name of Xoli (frontline assistant) intervened and together with Vasnaar checked on the system to see which other stores had stock.eventually they found out that Pavillion mall in durban had stock, the dress was secured.<br> 5 days later and i am proud to say that the dress is in our possession.<br> <br> I would like to commend Genevive as store manager.<br> A huge thank you to both Vasnaar and Xoli for having ensured that we get what we want and when we want it as a client.
