Goodluck getting your refund from Forever New South Africa

I have had a horrible experience with Forever New SA. I ordered a skirt, jacket and silk shirt on 14 November 2024. I received the skirt and jacket on the 15th of November. On the 18th I received the silk shirt, but it was burnt on the sleeve. I then sent them a formal complaint on the same day and they said they would send another shirt. Instead of receiving the shirt on the 21st, they sent me another skirt. They collected the skirt on the 26th of November and their customer service administrator Cherylene said once they receive the skirt they will action my refund. I had to follow up on the said refund and 3rd of December. The same Cherylene responded by saying the refund will take 5-9 business days. I followed up again on the 17th of December was met with a email stating "apologies for the inconvenience caused and the delay, the refund will be actioned today". This email was only sent by them on the 20th of December. To date, I still have not received my refund. I guess they think I am an idiot or they are hoping I will just go away. It has been over a month and still nothing...
