<p>A big shout out to Forever New for handling my query quickly and professionally. I had a complaint and sent a message to their international page by mistake, after which I got a prompt reply by them to say that they have passed on my message to the SA office. The next day, I received a call from a Forever New representative, who apologised on behalf of the group and offered a solution to my problem. Well done to a great team!</p>
