Frustrated beyond belief
I purchased an item on the 5th of August 2019 online, still have not received it. I have called so many times & they keep telling me that the item has been dispatched and I should be getting it the next day but the weeks keep going by. What is happening and why all the lies? A month later I am still waiting.
