Forever not responding

I recently purchased a dress online, but the incorrect item was delivered.

My experience went downhill due to the lack of communication and feedback from their online department. I had to travel all the way from Phalaborwa to Johannesburg to return the item in person, which was both inconvenient and frustrating.

To date, I still have not received my refund, despite numerous attempts to contact them. Emails and phone calls go unanswered, which speaks volumes about their poor customer service.

This is, without a doubt, the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
