Forever New Tokai / Poor service

Horrid, lazy staff. No one in there. I asked to try and only dress on a mannequin. Answered with the words by the Manager, ‘if I take it down are you going to take it?’, with attitude. Sitting around on their phones doing nothing. As if you have disturbed them by asking a question. Lady behind the counter was marginally better!
