Forever New *****s from their clients

I'm writing this review as I have been given more chances for Forever New to resolve this issue. I ordered 2 items from the online store and that in itself was proof that Forever New only cares about money and not service. I had to pay an EFT with immediate effect. Hence I would assume that in that case they would be professional. They only sent one of the two items and only on request informed me that the item I ordered was out of stock. I requested a refund. Of which Forever New assured it would be paid in 10 working days. Please pay attention as they didn't refund me only when I sent several emails. Also they stole from me. I paid the tax and Forever New are only refunding me the price without tax. This is unacceptable. Hope you get what you deserve. Only way now is to inform the ombudsman of the business Forever New are running.
