FOREVER NEW STAFF CHASE CUSTOMERS AWAY AT 16:00 when they Close at 17:00

Stores close at 17:00 at Liberty Midlands Mall on Sundays. BUT you walk in at Forever New( SHOP 109) at 16:20 , there is one door open , they are already mopping and telling you that you are closed!! This is now the second time it has happened. No regard for customers and blatantly rude staff!
