Forever New South Africa is the pits!!!!!!

Im beyond annoyed with this clothing brand. I was influenced by a social media influencer to get a jumper I got it first of all after purchasing i got no receipt no nothing . I eventually call the customer care line and am told to check my spam and it was there . The package took 7 working days to come to me and when it did the quality was poor what i saw online vs what i got was worlds apart i dont know what photoshop they use but its false advertising at its best. I sent the Jumper back and wasnt given any receipt or paper the lady said i would get an email but i have nothing. When i ask for help on instagram im told to contact customer care when i email i get automated mails and no follow up mails with resolution . When i call it tells me to contact them on social media or email like *** !!!! I just want my money refunded back to me DO NOT TRY THIS BRAND stick to Zara guys
