Forever New please return my money

On the 14th of December 2023 I returned an item I had previously purchased (with all tags and receipts) for a refund to the Menlyn store where I had purchased it. The refund process is supposed to take 8-10 business days (at the store I was told 3-5 but that’s besides the point) at the writing of the review (08 January 2024) I have not received my refund, I have attempted without fail to get Forever new customer service to assist me with getting this prioritised to no avail. I don’t believe it should be this tiring and frustrating for the one to receive their money back, I am utterly disappointed and will avoid shopping with them going forward. Can I please can my money back so we can go our separate ways?!
