Forever New -Pathetic service targeted at certain Race Groups!

I have forced to rate this store on a one star which is absolutely complimentary too. Manageress and assistant/sidekick are ARROGANT, exceptionally rude and disrepectful to customers. Rolling of eyes, Raising voices and treating customers as if we are doing them a favour by being in the store. There is no courtesy and try asking a question about the price of a garment ! Prepared to be ignored first then wait for the sneering in another language to the assistance and then a snog/sneer.... It is out of a movie.....I could not believe that in this day at age this is what I would have to endure in store ! I hung around in the store for about 20mins after my horrific experience to further the observe manager and side kicks behaviour and too no surprise of mine I witnessed the same attitude although it does appear targeted to particular race groups! I am an ardent Forever New shopper from my days in Australia and when the group opened in South Africa I was indeed over the moon !So gravely disheartening to have this experience..... Interested to hear others experiences at this Woodmead Store ....I regret not videoing my experience but will go back to certainly do that and socialise ..........
