Forever New Online Store are ***********!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shocking customer service from their online department / RMA department! They seem disorganized and completely ***********. Happy to take money, but not happy to assist in any way with returns and refunds. I will never purchase anything from Forever New online store ever again and I am an avid online purchaser!
