Forever New Online returns

I don’t necessarily have an issue with the quality of Forever New’s clothing, but I do have a huge issue with their online store. I recently returned an item, which was collected, but I’ve now been waiting over two weeks for my refund. Despite countless attempts to contact them via email, Instagram, and even their phone number (which rings but is never answered), I’ve received no response.

This is extremely disappointing and has completely ruined my experience with them. I would not recommend shopping from Forever New online or attempting returns through their online platform.

On the other hand, my in-store return experience was swift and efficient — everything was handled instantly. Unfortunately, online they are severely lacking. 1 star from me.
