Forever New Online not able to "deliver a service"

Forever New utilises DPD Laser as a service delivery company clearly not able to provide the service they are being paid for. I waited for a package at my front window for a solid 2 hours only to receive a message that 'the parcel could not be delivered' Forever New should consider another delivery company
