Forever New online - Forever quiet once you paid

Order number ***. I have ordered an item but the website is not user friendly and cannot track an item. This is in South Africa and it takes so long to communicate or updates on tracking? I know they use Dawn Wing but this is terrible service. My oversees parcels is better than this. Forever nee has bad customer service
