Forever New - forever bad service

So I placed an order on line with Forever New, I put my delivery address in but it reflected incorrectly on the order so I emailed the info email address as soon as I noticed it so that at least they could fix it before any delivery could be made. I received no feedback at all. I then phoned their call centre number a number of times but no one answered and it just got disconnected. I then emailed their info email address again and still have not heard anything and now I am actually not sure if this is all legitimate. I then decided to phone Dawnwing as they are the delivery partner for Forever New. The lady who assisted me advised that they may collect the order today and I should phone tomorrow to find out if the package has been received and then I can update address. I have also paid the extra amount for the express delivery which is then 3 days. Still up until this point I have nothing from Forever New. I find this absolutely ********** and I knew I should not order from them as so many people have told me the service is *******!
