Forever New Emalahleni give ******* service on returning items

I purchased a jacket at Forever new Emalahleni/Witbank. When returning it the next day because it does not fit. I was told to come back with my credit card, twas a Friday. I came back today which is Monday nd m told they did not make sales I must come back on Friday. I am not happy with this service it's terrible and I explained I got the size online nd the manager is insisting she did not make sales nd I must come back on Friday 19Nov 2021. What is even more annoying is that she says I will get the money after 3 days and what will happen if the online one is sold out?
