Forever New Customer Service

Forever New Customer Service is completely unhelpful. My items were due for delivery yesterday but I still have not received them.

The Customer Service person I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful and ***********, telling my about DSV issues which have absolutely nothing to do with me. If your third party service provider is useless, then I suggest you change it to keep your customers happy.

I will not be using their online shopping service again and am disappointed in the brand as a result of this experience. The least this customer service person could've done was provide a helpful solution, but she just seemed indifferent. Avoid this online store, it is totally ridiculous!
