FOREVER NEW BAD SERVICE
A dress was purchased for my daughters wedding. When it came time to wash the garment I discovered that the overlock stitching was not done on both pockets. I have emailed and tried to call customer care. I was told that the stitching came out on its own. This material will fray if not stitched. Please do not waste your money purchasing anything from this company. I was told because they import from Australia that they cant hep me. Nomsa I hear you, seems like Cherylene is doing the same with me. The complaints should not be this extreme.
We are dealing with people that have no customer care knowledge and they should know something about fabric and stitching.
The principle is not been heard. Looks like I might have to rattle their cage a bit. Anyone want to protest Century city branch ??????????????????
