Forever New account problem, hassles and endless drama!

We found a beautiful dress at the forever new store at the midlands liberty mall. Not having a lot of clothing accounts open, I opened one for my mom to purchase her dress for my sister's wedding. We were told from the beginning we would not be charged any interest if we pay the account within 6 months, it is also advertised in their shop and I have taken a photo of it. Boy, were we angry when that first installment came... Out of R456 we only paid R128 towards the clothing, the rest was all interest and extra 'safety precautions'... Right. However, not knowing any better, and due to a bond application, the Forever New 'accounts card' who is supp**** by a company called RSC, is actually a credit card company. After confirming with the bank and the company itself I asked the clerks at Forever New why and informed them about their cards being seen as credit cards as well as what the banks had to say about it. This was not received very well as I was told I, the banks, a private home lone company and their card supplier is wrong, they were rude and denied ever saying that the account would be interested free... Meanwhile the flyer is sitting on their counter. The woman who helped us open this account would disappear to the back of the shop whenever we went to make payments. When I tried to close the account I was met with disgusting attitudes, raised their voices at us, backchat and again, the woman who helped us into the mess, disappears to the back of the store. My questions still have gone unanswered... When closing my account, I was told I might get charged interest on the current balance of which I'm already paying interest... The joy. This is to urge anyone who even thinks of opening an account for Forever New to stay away. I will never set foot into another of their stores. They do CHARGE INTEREST on every account whether it is 6 or 12 month account. I have taken photos of everything and kept all the installments.
