Faulty Product: Severe Fabric Deterioration After Only One Wear

I am beyond disappointed with this coat from Forever New⁠. After ONE wear literally a single use, the fabric has deteriorated dramatically. The entire coat is covered in pilling and fuzz, making it look old, worn, and years past its best.

What is most concerning is how drastically the material has changed. When purchased, the coat felt smooth, structured, and premium, which justified the expensive price tag. After wearing it once, the fabric now feels rough, matted, and cheap like a completely different garment.

I want to be very clear: this is not normal wear and tear. No reasonably made coat, especially at this price point, should visibly degrade after one wear. This indicates either poor-quality fabric, faulty manufacturing, or a serious failure in quality control.

I paid for a premium product and received something that could not withstand even minimal normal use. Selling a coat that looks and feels faulty after one wear is unacceptable and misleading. I expect this to be recognised for what it is: a faulty product that is not of acceptable quality. Dismissing this as standard wear would be completely unreasonable.
