FAULTY DRESS

Note that I bought two dresses at forever new online, but unfortunately both of my dresses are faulty 1. First dress doesn’t have a button (Valencia Trim Detail Skater Dress) 2. Secord dress doesn’t have a belt .(Malia Plisses Skater Mini Dress)

I am deeply disappointed by forever new as this is not happening for the first time to me I’ve made a telephone call and the Lady that I’ve spoken with telephonically she promised to send a dress at woodlands Mall forever new , I went there and the dress wasn’t there? Why are you giving faulty clothes to people, don’t you have a store like woodmead forever new, where you can dump your faulty clothes , why are you doing this to us??
