EXPENSIVE FOR POOR QUALITY

Poor quality clothing & material used for EXPENSIVE dresses. I bought a wrap dress (on SALE for R1359.20) for a wedding. Upon receiving my parcel I tried it on and perfect fit. I then rinsed it as per instruction and on the day of the wedding when I put on the dress IT HAD SHRUNK. I sent it back for a refund and after their "assessment" they can't see that it has shrunk. I then sent them before and after photos to prove it and still waiting on a reply. In the past I used to buy many dresses from FN but lately the quality is up to sh#t and I WILL NEVER EVER SUPPORT OR BUY FROM FOREVER NEW SA AGAIN!!!!
