Excellent service even outside of exchange period

I purchased a handbag cash and not long after the 6 month period the handle was starting to come apart and could not be fixed. Even although I did not have a slip they traced the sale, I contacted Aimee of For Ever New who assisted me and replaced the handbag although she was not obliged to do so.
