DREADFUL ONLINE SERVICE
I recently did a large purchase on Forever New and opted for the express delivery service which I paid additional for . 3 days later still no delivery despite me following up and getting pathetic excuses. I then requested that the order be cancelled and to date am still waiting for my refund. Forever New -YOUR SERVICE IS APPALLING . I am such a big supporter of the brand and feel hugely disappointed .Right now I just want my refund .I have alerted my bank and had to fill out a credit card dispute .What a huge inconvenience this has been. I sent several emails to Marcelle and Hendrik . Not much help unfortunately .Totally Unacceptable !!
