Don't order online! Useless!!

I placed an order online on the 11th of December for a Christmas Gift, spent a significant amount of money, as no items are cheap... my items were logged with the courier only 5 days later. It's now Christmas Eve, 13 days later, and I have yet to receive my order. I only received any sort of communication after I reached out to customer service, several times, and even then it was all "its with the couriers", "we will follow up with the couriers"... no apology, no sense or urgency, no care in the world. If I knew it would take this long I would have gone into a store... beyond frustrated at the customer service! DONT ORDER ONLINE.
