Dissatisfied

Extremely dissapointed in the service I received. I bought an item online and paid. I was informed they are out of stock (even though it did not indicate this when I ordered). I was refunded. I ordered another item and was once again informed that it is out of stock. This time I was not refunded, I asked for a replacement item and I am still waiting (more than a week) for any type of feedback. This is not cool.
