dissapointed with forever new sa

FOREVER NEW SA !! worse experience ever !! I ordered and paid on 22 Nov 2019 already. After no delivery, I enquired about my order and was told that the item I ordered is no longer available!! Since 28 Nov 2019 I am still waiting for my refund that does happen. And all the tell me, is that the refund was send through? Really?? How long do I have to wait and enquire?? NOTHING/NOBODY can give me an answer nor MY MONEY BAC**** They take your money the same time you place the order. THEY ARE UNABLE TO SUPPLY THE ITEM. But now there is NO RESPONSE from them!!
