Dismal response rates
I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the SA brand in an attempt to find out if they will be stocking a particular dress advertised on the international page. I’ve sent emails, commented on posts and sent direct messages. No feedback. I also mailed the international online store with no response whatsoever. I’m trying to order EIGHT dresses for my bridal party. How can a brand of this size not have a working feedback system? Very frustrating and probably not the best business tactic.
