Disappointing service

Yesterday I left feeling very disappointed by the service I received at Forever New, Clearwater Mall. When I entered the store the was one staff member mopping the floor and the other vacuuming in the dressing rooms, and no one to attend to me. I then asked the staff member in the dressing room for a size in a specific shoe I wanted. After she came from the back of the store she took me to the mannequin on the floor. She preceded to tell me she can only remove the shoes from the mannequin if I were to buy them. My response was I cannot tell you that I will purchase the pair if I hadn’t tried them on. She then responded by telling me to try on the smaller size that was already on the floor as it is a hassle to remove the shoes from the mannequin.
