Disappointed and Hurt by Forever New Brooklyn Mall

19 January 2022 I bought a tote bag at Forever New in Brooklyn Mall Pretoria. On the 28th of Feb I wrote Forever New 2 emails and I never got any response so I decided to write them an inbox on Facebook and i was told that head office would get back to me. I decided to travel to Brooklyn and i went to the store to report such disappointment and the lady assisting me said because 30 days have passed, she can assist me exchange and this was Monday 14th. Today with the new bag I received I'm writing this review with the same issue of Zipper malfunction and its Thursday the 17th. I'm so hurt, so disappointed and angry at the quality of their cheap things after paying R930 for a bag I thought I was investing in.
