Delays in return pick up

I have ordered 2 blazers from the online store, delivery was quick but then 1 jacket is not fitting and I need to return it. The return pick up has been coming since forever, I have communicated with somebody called Chelyne who always promised the order will be picked “today”. To this day I am still waiting for the pickup. My fear is getting the blazer dirty and now they won’t refund me because of that. Somebody please intervene
