Defective dress and no customer service or resolution

I purchased a defective dress from Forever new in March 2026. I noticed the defect on Saturday and notified customer support. They refered me to the store. The store sent me back to customer support to get a directive. The branch is willing to assist but require directive from customer support. We have recieved no assistance from Forever new. They sell defective clothes and you must suck it up and get away. This is dissapointing given that their items are not cheap.
