exchange-I am such a huge fan of Forever New ,most of my clothing items are from Forever even my Sis is now obssed but I got so dissapointed when I visited their store for exchage of a dress that is big.The dress still has the black outside tag but it was mistakenly stained by my hair I guees,while I was doing the fittingsand seemingly the material gets dirty easily(u touch it ,it goes dirty)now I am stuck with that dress of R1100.00 that does not fit me.I am so dissapointed having being their fan.They can call me on ***
