Charged interest incorrectly

Good day,

I am very unhappy with my account with Forever new because I opted for the six months interest free but I am being charged interest every month. I don't understand how that happens unless someone who was capturing my transactions at Fourways mall did their own thing.

I really would appreciate the reversal of this interest or that going forward it is not charged. Because that is not what I agreed to. I made it explicitly clear that I want the 6 months interest free option hence I have not been using this card.

Your assistance will be highly appreciated my card number is ********** ********** 96649. otherwise I will have to escalate the matter. Regards, Olwethu Mtolo **********

I sent this email to customer service on the 30th of March 2019 and no one has gotten back to me with feedback.
