Broken necklace

<p>I attended the store and bought a boot and a choker. When I got home I discovered that the choker was snapped and conveniently taped together. I immediately contacted the store and returned the item. The manager apologised profusely and exchanged my item for another one. I am obviously annoyed by the fact that I purchased a broken necklace but the way in which we were handled about it was really great. Thanks!</p>
