Bad service

I bought online and were told to exchange the dress in Canal Walk.I ended up asking for a refund as they couldn’t exchange the dress due to a price difference as I paid 20% less online. This came to me as a great disappoinent as I had a reason why I went to exchange the dress as I needed it for next day.The sales person in turn told me I had to repurchase a size 36 dress and then would qualify for a discount. And wait 5 days for online to refund the money back to my bank account.I am was disappointed in the service and would never ever support your online store nor any store in a mall.
