Bad service

I went to Your Fairland outlet the services there is horrible Thando(Manager) she is very rude and has no management s****s .

I went to return damaged shoes that I bought the previous week from Buhle whom understood and even told the manager that “I know the client I am the one who assisted her” but she told me there is no way the can assist me. I used my VIP card I told her to call and check then she told me No we can’t help you. Then I had to be that difficult client and force her to sort the transaction as all I wanted was an exchange with the same shoes as the other ones were damaged
